Via Consulting founder. An experienced lecturer and coach with more than 12-year experience from the field of personal and corporate consulting. Founder and in 1996-2000 the joint owner of Ardua Consult, s.r.o., a company focusing on corporate culture and communication (projects for the Czech Railways, Inform catalogue, Real invest, and others). Co-founder of Gaudia civil association focusing especially on individual consulting and development. She graduated from Palacký University, the Faculty of Arts, and she completed a number of courses in the field of managerial and psychotherapist development - training in systemic and narrative coaching at the Institute for Systemic Experience, training in systemic coaching held by Extima, training in Erikson and communication psychotherapy, and others. Besides others she participated in multi-annual educational projects for Makro ČR (a project of changes for mid-range management), for JME,a.s. (company restructuring and transfer to a customer-oriented company), Severomoravská plynárenská (assessment and development centres for mid-range and higher management), and others.

She is a graduate from Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Law. She has long-term experience in the TOP management (the Business Director with První novinová společnost, a.s., in 1993 - 1996, and the HR Director with Odkolek, a.s., in 1998 – 2002).
In 2002 she started to study intensively the topics of emotional intelligence, self-knowledge, and personal growth. She is a mediator certificated by the Association of Mediators of the Czech Republic, she completed the Family Constellation Training and the Training in Ericsonian Psychotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming.
Since 1998 she has been working as a lecturer of soft skills. At present she focuses on training employees in the field of management (coaching and lecturing), in the field of communication (courses of assertiveness, communication, negotiating, solving conflicts, presentation skills etc.), and on consulting activities especially in the field of human resources management (recruiting new employees, career planning, periodical evaluation of employees, financial and non-financial employee motivation, etc.). Moreover, she concentrates on conducting the family constellations therapy.
She has good experience in training and coaching of various types of employees - from the TOP management to general positions (during her professional career she created and lead a lot of education programs both for the TOP, middle and line management, and for companies’ representations such as business representations, HR officers and managers, secretaries and assistants, but also for e.g. shop-assistants, professional drivers etc.).
Lately she tries to apply her professional experience in writing activities. Her first publication "How to criticize in a positive way" will be released in the spring - summer 2008.

Petr has the Master's degree in Technical Cybernetics at ČVUT Praha, and the Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Prague School of Economics. He worked as a Sales Representative and an Area Manager in Ondrášovka, Minerální vody, and then as a financial advisor and seller of financial products for a British financial group. Since 1998, he has been working as a trainer and coach - e.g. in Gradua-CEGOS and Dynargie Praha. He specializes in Sales skills, Customer Care and Coaching. He has trained for example for Coca-Cola, Makro, IBM, Hotel President, Altus Development, Komerční banka, Česká pojišťovna).
He is certified in the systemic constellations approach according to Bert Hellinger. He attended tens of personal development seminars.

Martina is a graduate from the English studies at the Faculty of Arts and The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Charles University and of a three-year Professional Management training program at the Open University.
At work she employs her experience gained in the area of human resources and marketing. Working as an organization development senior consultant she was in charge of internal projects focused on designing and implementing change programs and related organizational changes at a company from the Telco industry (sales force recruitment and development programs, performance management and bonus systems, retail shop concept). In the marketing field Martina used her project management skills when designing and carrying out marketing campaigns and projects for different market segments.
As a trainer Martina focuses on professional behavior and customer care trainings, intra-company communication and coaching. She carries out training in English as well. She also provides for consulting activities in the HR field, company culture projects and in the area of evaluation and rewarding system efficiency, she is experienced in recruiting personnel.
