Once we are on the road, it is useful to have a guide or a map, so that we can orientate ourselves and so as not to get lost or maybe so that we do not go a farther way than necessary. We need to see the way, to have all necessary equipment and to know that we are on the way because we may find out that the "way means more than the destination", and at other times we need to know when to set out, when to halt or when to change something. We will then always need to have certain knowledge and skills to hold out on the way, sometimes we would hover or halt to choose the way further or even to find our way. However, we always need to decide and to know that we have the freedom of choice, for which we bear responsibility.
Therefore, if we, either individuals or a company, need to tread our own road with self-confidence and with our heads up, we need to find our own expression - to have our own face because this is the only way to leave traces in the memory or hearts of customers, clients, our beloved or other close people. We need to develop our personality, the personality of an individual as well as the character of a company because every company has its own personality, too. To make all this real, we need to have enough vital energy and, moreover, we need to know how to handle and to manage it. We need not only to know but also especially to be able to realize our own knowledge, skills and visions in the real environment of companies and societies, in the factual environment of human relations. This ability is the reflection of our emotional intelligence, which thus becomes one of the basic prerequisites of your future success.
